I'm building this, one story at a time.

I sit down with a photo from my phone and talk through the memory out loud: where I was, what happened, why it stuck. Then I write the story behind it. First the 27 national parks I've hiked, then the 26 countries I've passed through, then the handful of days that genuinely marked my life.
